Konpon Daito in Koya, a vermilion Fundamental Pagoda in Buddhism, is certainly built on the ground. The spirit of nature is imagined coming from heaven, creating a connection between a pagoda and an upside‐down version as represented in the cover image. This vision, in some ways, recalls the nature of the transition state which connects reactants and products, and occupies a borderline area. In the article e26073 by Waro Nakanishi and associates, the nature of the activated interactions of the transition state is elucidated by QTAIM dual function analysis. DOI: 10.1002/qua.26073

DOI:10.1002 / qua.26073
