铅基钙钛矿材料因其优异的性能在光电领域发展迅速,本工作致力于解决其商业化进程中的毒性问题,通过引入添加剂制备高质量Cs-Cu-I体系薄膜。首次实现效率高达3.1%,亮度达1570cd m-2的铜基金属卤化物发光器件。
Lead based perovskite materials have received great progress in Optoelectronics due to its excellent properties. In this work, we aim to solve the toxic issue of lead in the commercial process of perovskite. A high quality Cs-Cu-I film was achieved by introducing organic additive. The light-emitting diode based on this material firstly reaches a high external quantum efficiency of 3.1% and a brightness of 1570 cd m-2.
