传统的激光雷达在距离拓展上存在巨大的挑战。为突破这一问题,我们开发了一套基于单光子探测技术的高效单光子激光雷达和达到每像素1个信号光子灵敏度的计算重构算法,并最终实验演示了城市环境中45公里单光子三维成像。
Conventional lidars present enormous challenges in terms of distance expansion. We tackled these challenges by developing a high-efficiency, low-noise single-photon LiDAR system and a computational reconstruction algorithm with one signal photon per pixel sensitivity. Using this technique, we experimentally demonstrated active single-photon 3D imaging at a distance of up to 45 km in an urban environment.
