本研究采用离子交换法制备了廉价的高分散Ni基改性褐煤焦催化剂。将制得的Ni/C催化剂应用于生物质气化制取了高含量的富氢合成气。通过一系列的XRD、SEM、TEM等表征,解释了该Ni/C催化剂裂解生物质焦油机理。
In this study, an economical and highly dispersed Ni-based modified lignite char was prepared by ion-exchange method. The prepared Ni/C catalyst is employed for biomass gasification to produce H2-rich gas. Based on the results of XRD, SEM, TEM, etc., the mechanism of the Ni/C catalyst cracking biomass tar is explained.
