文永正 副研究员    

文永正,清华大学材料学院副研究员。2010年毕业于四川大学微电子学专业获理学学士学位,2015年毕业于北京大学微纳电子学系获理学博士学位。2015年至2019年,在清华大学材料学院从事博士后研究工作。主要从事超材料和微纳机电系统方面的研究,包括超材料的基础物理机制探索、超常电磁和光学性质的实现及应用、先进微纳结构等。近年来发表论文50余篇,主持各类国家级项目6项,入选中国科协青年人才托举工程。
