Dr. jianwen Zhao is a professor of Printable Electronics Research Center, Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics, Chinese Academy of Science (CAS). He received his PhD degree in Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, CAS, in 2008. He worked in School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, as postdoctoral research fellow, in Jan. 2009-Aug.2010. He authored and coauthored over 90 technical publications in international journals, such as Nat. Electron., Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Adv. Fun. Mater., Small methods, Small, and so on. At present, he focuses on preparing high-purity semiconducting carbon nanotube inks and fabricating low-operation volatge, high-performance p-type and n-type carbon nanotube thin film transistors (TFTs), CMOS logic circuits, and their applications in sensing, deep-space detecting, brain-inspired chips, and wearable health monitors on flexible and rigid substrates.
