Recently, the selection results for the 2024–2025 academic year scholarships have been officially announced. Three graduate students from our research group have been awarded the National Scholarship: Doctoral Student Li Shaoquan, and Master's Students Dong Wenjing and Wang Meng. These students successfully obtained the Graduate National Scholarship by virtue of their outstanding research achievements and excellent comprehensive qualities. Meanwhile, Doctoral Student Li Jinhao has also been honored with the "Yanbao" High-Value Social Sponsored Scholarship in recognition of his exceptional research performance.

Affiliated with the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Resource Engineering, our research group has long focused on core areas such as the development and application of ultra-stable mineralized materials and photoelectrocatalytic materials. Under the leadership of Academician Duan Xue, we have established a scientific research system featuring "theoretical innovation—experimental breakthroughs—achievement transformation." The group attaches great importance to the integrated training system covering undergraduate, master’s, doctoral, postdoctoral, and overseas exchange programs: For freshmen, we emphasize inspiration through initiatives like the "Mengya Cup" (Innovation Seedling Cup), popular science videos, science outreach activities, and small-scale experiments in primary and secondary schools to ignite their interest in scientific research; Sophomores and juniors participate in the "Mengya Cup" and gain exposure to research under the guidance of senior doctoral students; Senior undergraduates complete their graduation projects to refine their research skills; First and second-year master’s students conduct independent research training; Doctoral students attend international conferences and further enhance their research capabilities through CSC (China Scholarship Council) government-sponsored overseas programs. Through these systematic practices, the group has built a high-quality and efficient academic growth platform for graduate students.

The acquisition of multiple honors is full recognition of the students' diligent efforts.
