1.新型无机纳米材料的合成与应用
相关领域技术:纳米材料、有机高分子材料合成与表征,有量子点合成背景者为佳。
2.功能纳米材料的图案化与应用
相关领域技术:表面配体分子合成与设计,光、电性质表征,有微纳加工技术,催化,电化学背景者为佳。
二、申请条件
1.获得博士学位不超过2年或者将于2020年7月前取得博士学位,年龄原则上不超过35岁;
2.学科背景:化学、材料、物理、电子、生物等。符合(二)中所提到的相关领域研究经验和技术的申请者优先;
3.具有较强的独立从事科学研究及团队合作精神,有良好的英文读写能力;
4.热爱科研、工作勤奋、为人正直、勇于尝试、善于合作。
三、相关待遇
按照南京大学博士后薪金相关规定,工资待遇根据申请人具体情况而定,年薪范围18-25万(具体薪酬面议)。聘任人员将享受南京大学公费医疗,住房公积金等福利待遇。此外,支持申报化学化工学院“优秀博士后支持计划”(基础年薪增加5万/年);国家博新计划(每人两年60万元的资助,其中40万元为博士后日常经费,20万元为博士后科学基金)。子女优先入学南大和园幼儿园或金陵小学。

I. Research Directions
1. Synthesis and application of novel inorganic nanomaterials
Related technical fields: nanomaterials, synthesis and characterisation of organic polymer materials; candidates with experience in quantum dot synthesis are preferred.
2. Patterned functional nanomaterials and their applications
Related technical expertise: synthesis and design of surface ligand molecules, characterisation of optical and electrical properties. Candidates with experience in micro/nanofabrication technology, catalysis, and electrochemistry are preferred.
II. Application Requirements
1. Hold a PhD degree for no more than two years or be expected to obtain a PhD degree by July 2020, with an age generally not exceeding 35 years old;
2. Disciplinary background: chemistry, materials science, physics, electronics, biology, etc. Applicants with relevant research experience and technical expertise as mentioned in Section II will be given priority;
3. Possess strong independent research capabilities and teamwork spirit, with excellent English reading and writing skills;
4. Passionate about research, diligent in work, honest in character, willing to take on challenges, and skilled in collaboration.
III. Related Benefits
Salary will be determined according to Nanjing University’s postdoctoral salary regulations, with an annual salary range of 180,000–250,000 RMB (specific compensation to be negotiated). Appointed personnel will enjoy Nanjing University's public medical insurance, housing provident fund, and other welfare benefits. Additionally, support is provided for applying to the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering's ‘Outstanding Postdoctoral Support Programme’ (with an additional 50,000 RMB per year added to the base annual salary); the National Postdoctoral New Talent Programme (with a total of 600,000 RMB in funding over two years, including 400,000 RMB for postdoctoral daily expenses and 200,000 RMB for postdoctoral scientific research funds). Children are given priority for admission to Nanjing University's Dàyuán Kindergarten or Jinling Primary School.
