Dr. Xinghua Yu is a Distinguished Researcher at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Jilin University in 2015. Between June 2017 and January 2018, he was a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley. He subsequently earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Tsinghua University in December 2020, co-advised by Professor Seung Wuk Lee (Tenured Professor, UC Berkeley) and Professor Biliu Liu (Tsinghua University).

Following his Ph.D., Dr. Yu conducted postdoctoral research at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology (SIAT), Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the joint supervision of Academician Benzhong Tang and Associate Researcher Pengfei Zhang.

Dr. Yu’s current research focuses on nanobiology and nano reproductive medicine. His work has been published in leading journals including Advanced Materials, Nano Today, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Nanoscale, Theranostics, and the International Journal of Nanomedicine, with his publications accumulating over 1,900 citations (Google Scholar).

He has secured competitive research funding through several prestigious projects, including:
