Xianshegn Guo was born in Sixian County, Anhui Province, he is a professor/doctoral supervisor at the School of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, an IEEE Senior Member, and a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. He has been continuously selected as one of the top 2% of world-leading scientists by Stanford University in 2023, 2024, and 2025. He is a reserve candidate for academic and technological leaders in Sichuan Province, the vice president of the Digital Economy Branch of the Sichuan Alumni Association of Tsinghua University, the chief scientist of Chengdu Yibo Information Technology Co., Ltd., a book reviewer for CRC/Taloy&Fracis Publishing, a review expert for Natural Science Foundation projects, a review expert for the Sichuan Provincial Emergency Management Department, Forestry Department, and other departments, and has published more than 130 papers in high-level conferences and journals such as IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles, IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, and IEEE Internet of Things Journal. He has been granted more than 40 invention patents and published 3 academic books.
