近日,东华大学李响团队在环境领域著名学术期刊《Water Research》发表了题为“Magnetite-enhanced chain elongation via endogenous electron donors through a novel fungi-bacteria microbiome”的研究论文。研究成果主要如下:①在5g/L磁铁矿投加下,己酸产量提升至对照组的2.01倍。②在磁铁矿投加的碳链延伸反应器中,负责乙醇生产的Candida(57.5%)被富集。③磁铁矿富集了Clostridium_sensu_stricto_12,以驱动链延伸(CE)。④磁铁矿强化了反β-氧化路径从而促进己酸盐合成。⑤磁铁矿强化了不完全三羧酸循环,为碳链延伸提供额外能量。
