    三、个人简述


20121月作为高层次引进人才调入华南农业大学理学院应用化学系工作,同年入选广东省第七批千百十人才培养工程省级培养对象,2015年被遴选为博士生导师。


至今,在本领域以第一作者和/或通讯作者共发表SCI收录研究论文150多篇,被国内外同行引用3000余次, h-index=28,申请及授权发明专利30多件。代表性的研究成果发表在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater.J. Mater. Chem. C等系列国际期刊上。


近年来,共招收和指导应用化学、化学工程、设施园艺等专业和方向的硕/博士研究生20多名。其中3人获得广东省优秀硕士论文奖、10人获得校优秀硕士论文奖,3人获得“广东省优秀研究生”称号。


先后承担材料物理、无机材料加工与应用、材料科学与工程专业英语、稀土化学、结构与物性、大学物理实验、基础化学实验、材料物理性能实验等多门本科生、研究生课程;指导省级、校级大学生创新创业项目;参编《Phosphors, Up conversion Nano Particles, Quantum Dots and their Applications》著作,Springer出版社。

    六、科研方向


自攻读硕士学位以来开展无机非金属材料、有机/无机杂化材料的设计合成,以及稀土功能材料的光、电性能的分析及应用基础研究等工作。


调入华南农业大学工作以来,坚持以应用为导向的研究理念,在多年从事发光材料研究基础上,利用华南农业大学的涉农学科优势和跨学科紧密合作的团队,围绕现代生态光学农业研究领域,在以下两个方向开展系列研究工作:1)设施农业用光转换材料、人工植物光源用发光材料及发光农用工程化。开展新型农用稀土发光材料的探索、性能调控以及作物在光作用下的生物效应研究与工程应用特性研究,努力实现发展一类新兴的光学农业产业。2)农业环境中重金属离子污染物检测及氧气等的光学传感材料合成与性能研究。主要在多孔硅基、铝基骨架中组装荧光碳点、稀土有机配合物和过渡金属配合物等发光探针,进行有机/无机杂化功能材料的分子设计、组装以及材料合成,构建一系列气体或金属离子传感和检测材料,实现对农业生产各环节中农业环境多种检测物的快速有效检测。
