Jingxuan Zhou joined the research group of Professor Maolin Li at the Frontiers Science Center for New Organic Matter Creation of Nankai University in July 2025, to pursue her Ph.D. She obtained her master's degree from the Institute of Microbial Technology at Shandong University, where her research interests focused on the biosynthesis of fungal natural products. Her current research interests are exploring novel enzyme reactions and integrating them into natural biosynthetic pathways to obtain more new molecules.
