马慧敏,博士,特聘副研究员。主要从事气水/油水两相流的流动参数检测、微波传感器研制以及液滴冲击液面变形机理研究。主持浙江省青年科学基金项目,参与重点专项、天津市自然科学基金重点项目。在Energy、Measurement、IEEE Sensors Journal、Physics of Fluids、《实验力学》、《水动力研究与进展》等期刊发表论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利2项。
