From 2025.4.27 to 2025.4.28, Dr. Li was invited to participate in the Lattice Lightsheet 7 workshop held by Carl Zeiss at Westlake University in Hangzhou. Besides deepening the working principle of this conceptually new imaging technique, we discussed from the user end how to effectively handle the machine for high-quality live call imaging in practice. Dr. Li exchanged his perspective on optical imaging in cellular systems with Dr. Thomas Kalkbrenner, the chief scientist of Carl Zeiss. We share the opinion that while AI could be helpful in auxiliary tasks like image processing or image enhancement, the core task should be advancing physical methods, as optics is essentially the interaction between photons and materials.

2025年4月27日至28日，李博士受邀赴杭州西湖大学参加蔡司（Carl Zeiss）举办的晶格层光显微镜（Lattice Lightsheet 7）技术研讨会。在深入解析这一革新性成像技术原理的同时，李博士从用户实践角度参与了高质量活细胞成像设备优化方案的探讨，并与蔡司首席科学家Thomas Kalkbrenner博士就细胞系统光学成像的核心路径达成共识：尽管人工智能可辅助图像处理与增强等任务，但光学本质是光子与物质的相互作用，因此技术突破的根本仍在于物理方法的创新。
