Wang Lu is currently a second-year master student. She graduated from the Innovation Class of the State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy in Sichuan University, where she conducted research on the mechanisms of immunotherapy resistance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma under the guidance of Professors Chen Chong and Liu Yu. She joined the group in December 2024 (even before the lab is officially open), and has made significant contributions to the establishment of the lab. Her current research focuses on the mechanisms of epigenetic regulation in tumor immune evasion.
She currently lives with two two-year-old feline companions—the mischievous tabby "Dougan" and the mature and steady blue cat "Erya." She welcomes discussions on research topics or visits to pet her cats!
