Tian joined the group as a PhD student in September 2025. He is from Dingxi, Gansu. He received his Master's degree from North Minzu University in 2025. His main research direction is the synthesis of porous functional carbon nitrogen and its application in the field of photocatalysis. Outside the lab, he is a regular guest on the tennis court.
