Jingyu received his B.S. degree from Inner Mongolia Normal University (IMNU) in 2018 and joined Inner Mongolia University (IMU) to start his graduate studies in 2019, and officially joined Kun's group as a PhD student in 2023. His main research interest is the functional synthesis of mesoporous TiO2 and its application in photo- and electrocatalysis. In addition, his interests widely cover competitive sports such as basketball, swimming and billiards.
