国家级及上海市海外高层次青年人才。北京生命科学研究所&清华大学北京协和医学院博士,美国加州大学伯克利分校及霍华德休斯医学研究所博士后、研究专家。已在 Molecular Cell, Nature Cell Biology 等国际期刊发表 SCI论文 14 篇,累计影响因子>150,总引用次数近1200; 应用成果已申请多项发明专利。
研究方向:
单分子荧光长读长测序技术开发、测序应用、细胞自噬、细胞减数分裂及染色体生物学等,致力于推动生物技术与信息技术的交叉融合。
