一、个人简介
张文成,男,1986年生,再生医学博士,同济大学高研院研究员,博士研究生导师,上海市浦江人才。2012年博士毕业于军事医学科学院,2014-2020在美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校开展博士后研究、担任研究助理。2021年1月正式加入东方医院,以干细胞移植治疗肝衰竭和帕金森病的基础和转化为研究方向。主持国自然面上项目2项、上海市科委项目2项、以子课题负责人承担国家重点研发计划重点专项课题1项。在Cell Stem Cell、Biomaterials、Bioactive Materials、Advanced Science等国际期刊发表论文36篇, IF累计300。参编(译)中英文论著5部,包括肝病学领域的教科书级别著作《肝脏(第六版)》的原著和译著。申请国家发明专利14项,授权7项,授权实用新型专利1项。研究成果获“春昇杯”医学创新人才大赛一等奖、上海市优秀发明铜奖等。
主要开展基于干细胞移植治疗终末期肝病和帕金森病的基础和应用研究,致力于解决以胆管树干细胞和人羊膜上皮细胞作为代表的种子细胞的体外扩增和体内高效移植中现存的问题,实现干细胞在终末期肝病和帕金森病治疗中的应用。开展硫酸乙酰肝素、透明质酸的等细胞外基质对干细胞增殖和命运调控的作用和机制研究,通过建立干细胞体外规模化扩增体系、体内有效性和量效学研究方案,制定成体干细胞的体外扩增和干细胞向肝脏、胰腺高效移植的补片移植策略,推动胆管树干细胞和人羊膜上皮细胞在肝衰竭和帕金森病治疗中的临床转化应用。
