Liang He

Dr. Liang He, currently a tenured full professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering at Sichuan University, is the introduction talent of Sichuan University. His main research interests focus on micro-nano manufacturing, integrated devices and characterization. He was awarded the Second Prize of National Natural Science Foundation (ranked 4th) at 2019.
His research work was supported by several projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, and the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation.
