Recently, the Tsinghua University Research Administration announced the results of the "Tsinghua-Toyota Joint Research Fund Special Program" evaluation. Our research group’s project, "Short-Process Selective Separation and Recovery of Strategic Critical Metals," has been successfully approved. This project aims to develop advanced technologies for the short-process, selective separation and recovery of strategic critical metals from solid waste, providing technical support for the sustainable supply of these essential resources.
The Tsinghua-Toyota Special Program (hereafter referred to as "the Program") primarily supports Tsinghua researchers in conducting fundamental theoretical studies, applied basic research, and strategic research in fields such as energy & transportation, artificial intelligence, and future society.
