The Journal of Physical Chemistry series published by The American Chemical Society together with the ACS Physical Chemistry Section (PHYS) announced that Professor Bei Ding from Shanghai Jiao Tong University has won the 2025 The Journal of Physical Chemistry B Award: Biophysics, Biomaterials, Liquids, and Soft Matter.

This award aims to recognize the contributions of researchers who have made significant impacts on the field of physical chemistry in research areas related to various journals (JPC A, JPC B and JPC C). Professor Ding Bei is the first Chinese scholar to receive this award.
