We are pleased to announce that Professor Sun Zhenyu has been officially appointed as an Associate Editor of the international journal SmartMat, jointly published by Tianjin University and Wiley.

According to the Letter of Appointment, Professor Sun will serve as Associate Editor for a two-year term from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2027. This appointment recognizes his outstanding academic achievements and international influence in the fields of catalytic materials, energy conversion, and functional materials.

SmartMat is a rapidly growing interdisciplinary journal focusing on smart materials and advanced functional systems, covering topics such as energy materials, responsive materials, and materials for sustainable technologies. As an Associate Editor, Professor Sun will contribute to the journal’s academic development by overseeing peer review, maintaining high editorial standards, and promoting impactful and innovative research.
