张永会，温州医科大学康复医学院学术骨干，运动康复学博士，硕士毕业于University College London 物理治疗专业，主要研究方向为疼痛康复治疗和机制研究。主持省部级课题 1 项，以第一/共同第一作者身份发表 SCI 论文 14 篇，参编书籍 1 部。2024年，以第四完成人获得中国康复医学会科学技术奖一等奖。
