Transfer-free synthesis of inch-scale high-quality graphene on insulators is of paramount importance for emerging electronic and optoelectronic applications. This paper reported a co-field-reconciled synthetic strategy for realizing 6-inch graphenen growth directly on sapphire. We collaborated with Prof. Jingyu Sun (Soochow University) and Prof. Zhongfan Liu (Peking University) in arrayed device fabrication and demonstration of the high electronic quality.
