Congrats to to Yuanyuan for her first-author paper entitled "Core-shell quantum dot-enabled monolayer MoS2 memories with high endurance" being published in Matter!

Precisely synthesized nanostructures allows for finely tuning their electronic functionalities. We report a mixed-dimensional memory architecture that integrates monolayer MoS2 with CdSe@CdS core-shell quantum dots, and establish the relationship between the QD structure and the charge storage property. The structural engineering of the core-shell QDs has enabled memory devices with excellent retention and endurance.
