固废利用与高性能陶瓷团队2020年总结

2020年是不平凡的一年,是全民抗击新冠疫情的一年,是中国制度优势体现更为突出的一年。

2020年团队得到了各级领导和部门的指导和关心,在人才培养、科学研究、社会服务方面取得了长足的进步。

在本科教学方面,团队先后完成《材料物理与化学(徐磊华)》、《材料科学基础(王晓虹)》、《无机非金属材料科学基础(任宣儒)》、《现代材料微观分析方法(冯培忠)》、《陶瓷与电子材料课程设计(任宣儒)》、《薄膜材料与技术(许程)》、《金属材料学与热处理(康学勤)》、《材料制备与表征实验(冯培忠)》等课程的教学,多名老师承担《大学物理》实验课程的教学及金属材料与表面工程专业方向的生产实习和课程设计,指导了24名本科生完成了毕业论文。康学勤老师获得中国矿业大学2020届本科毕业设计(论文)优秀指导教师,冯培忠老师获得中国矿业大学2020届就业工作先进个人。

在研究生培养方面,目前课题组共有硕士研究生18名,博士研究生5名,2020年毕业硕士研究生2名。研究生教学方面,承担完成《材料热力学(徐磊华)》课程的教学工作。

在科学研究方面,先后获得国家自然科学基金重点国际合作项目、青年基金项目,国家重点研究计划子课题,清华大学新型陶瓷与精细工艺国家重点实验室开放课题等项目,获得2项横向项目,其中与南京钢铁股份有限公司签署《工程机械用钢磁痕分析及其对金相组织和力学性能的影响》项目1项。

在学术表达方面,先后在Corrosion ScienceJournal of the European Ceramic SocietyJournal of Advanced ceramicsEnergy & Environmental ScienceApplied Physics LettersPolymer Bulletin等期刊发表论文17篇,授权发明专利5项。

在社会服务方面,团队先后到河南龙宇煤化工有限公司、上海银浆科技有限公司、广西南国铜业有限公司、南京钢铁股份有限公司、合肥三杰热处理有限公司、徐州神威基业机械科技有限公司、徐州万达回转支承有限公司、安徽唐兴机械设备有限公司、上海丰东热处理工程有限公司、徐工集团挖掘机事业部、徐州美驰车桥有限公司、赛福易金属铸造(徐州)有限公司、江苏恒久机械股份有限公司等企业进行了交流。

在服务学校发展方面,团队参与了学校本科招生、博士点申报、第五轮学科评估、四六级监考、研究生入学考试监考等工作。康学勤老师指导本科生参加“欧波同杯”第五届全国失效分析大奖赛,获得一等奖两项和二等奖一项,个人获得优秀指导教师;指导研究生参加“欧波同杯”第三届全国材料专业大学生研究能力挑战赛,获得二等奖一项;参加江苏省工业炉和热处理协会年会,当选为江苏省热处理协会理事;任宣儒老师当选为《Journal of Advanced CeramicsAssociate Editorial Committee;冯培忠老师增选为中国有色金属学会理事。
