Zhang Gengming received his bachelor and master degree from the Hunan University in 2009 and 2013, respectively. After graduated from Hunan University, he worked as a dry-etching engineer in Shanghai Tianma OLED company for 2 years, then resigned to pursue a PhD degree in materials engineering at Central South University and received his PhD degree in 2020. Currently, he is a post-doctor in the college of physics and electronics of Central South University since October 2020, his current research focusing on artificial intelligence, synaptic device and memristor neural network.
