个人简介

在光电材料和器件领域有10年的研发经验,具有量子点纳米材料合成与应用领域的深厚理论和实验基础,从基础研发到产业化的完整经验和跨学科综合知识系统。并通过广泛合作,始终居于学术界和产业界的研发前沿。研究领域着重于纳米复合材料和封装技术基础研究以及荧光和导热纳米复合材料和薄膜材料的系统研发,并参与LED光源模组和照明产品的开发。针对光电子工业需求实现高性能和高稳定性纳米复合材料。通过对量子点异质结构,反应机理研究,表面修饰,复合物合成,配体设计以及封装工艺等的一系列研究形成了系统性的研发体系并取得了突破性的成果,显著提高了量子点及其复合材料的光热稳定性提高,量子效率和热淬灭性能。在发表高质量基础性论文和专利的同时,研发成果已经广泛产业化,包括业界领先的量子点材料和照明模组,如SigmaAldrich公司量子点材料产品与飞利浦照明产品。科研生涯过程中已发表SCI论文28篇,被引用次数大于1300次,h-index 20。近5年已申请发明专利20项,获授权3项,并获得多项奖励和人才资助。

研究领域

微纳米光电材料(量子点)等的结构设计与材料合成,纳米半导体-高分子复合材料合成,胶体化学自组装技术,复合材料光电性能和稳定性机理研究,量子点LED器件工艺和薄膜封装技术,量子点超晶格光电器件,量子点显示和照明应用技术;智能照明架构和先进光引擎。
