研究领域

The Monash Electrochemistry Group, jointly led by Prof Alan Bond and Dr Jie Zhang, consists of 15 – 20 researchers. The group has strong capability in the development of fundamental theories and instrumentation to advance modern electrochemistry. The Monash Electrochemistry Group has hosted many distinguished visitors and short term visiting academics/students from around the world. The current research activities in the group include: Electrochemical activation of small molecules, such as carbon dioxide, water, alcohol, in the context of biosensing and energy applications; Synthesis of novel nanocomposite catalysts for pharmaceutical and energy applications; Development of advanced dynamic electrochemical techniques and the corresponding quantitative theories.
