个人简介

胡志远于美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院获得生物化学博士(2005)。在Daniel Lane院士和Leroy Hood院士的实验室完成博士后研究后被聘为美国系统生物学研究所科学家和美国FDA免疫技术医疗诊断仪器专家委员会委员(Immunology Device Committee),蛋白质组国家重点实验室(BPRC)客座研究员等。2010年12月进入国家纳米科学中心,被聘为研究员,博士生导师。研究领域为新型纳米材料和纳米技术在系统医学上的应用,探索纳米科学、基因组学和蛋白质组学的交叉前沿。侧重利用纳米科学和系统生物学进行生物标志物的发现及临床应用。

研究领域

胡志远课题组研究方向为新型纳米材料和纳米技术在生物医学上的应用,重点探索疾病标志物的发现及临床应用,尤其在精准医疗方面。主要的研究方向为:1)肿瘤多肽探针筛选和循环肿瘤细胞的纳米检测;2)微流控单细胞操控和分子分析。其它研究包括蛋白诊断芯片、肿瘤免疫治疗和蛋白质组学研究。
