南京大学化学化工学院,教授,博士生导师 1988年:河北师范学院(现河北师范大学)化学系获理学学士学位; 1991年:东北师范大学化学系获理学硕士学位; 1991-1997年:河北北方学院(原张家口农业高等专科学校)任教; 2000年:南京大学获理学博士学位; 2000-2002年:东京大学先端科学技术研究中心桥本(Hashimoto)研究室,神奈川科学院光机能变换材料设计室,STA资助博士后研究员(后为JSPS博士后研究员); 2003-2005年:南京大学物理系博士后; 2005年和2006年:受聘于台湾大学和中央研究院(台湾)为短期磁性研究客座专家; 2005年:南京大学配位化学国家重点实验室,副教授; 2009-至今:南京大学配位化学国家重点实验室,教授。 本课题组旨在以配位化学为基础,课题组初期主要展开了分子基磁体(单分子磁体,单链磁体,高Tc分子磁体)以及铁电介电材料的研究;随着发展,我们近期主要是利用先前的研究基础在学科交叉方面展开前沿课题研究。 1. 单分子磁体及其在量子霍尔效应中的应用: 量子霍尔效应是在外磁场作用下材料电阻为零的一种物理现象,如果在材料内部嵌入一个磁体有可能达到与外加磁场同样的效果,即通过自旋调节实现量子霍尔效应,被物理学界称为量子自旋霍尔效应。目前这方面的研究只局限于物理领域,因只在近几年才提出这种理论,所以观察到这种现象的实验到目前只有5例左右。量子自旋霍尔效应和自旋霍尔效应相比因不加外磁场所以才具有真正的应用价值,其类超导现象不但达到节能的效果,同时可能使电子工业得到飞跃的发展。 本课题组将单分子磁体和二维导电材料有机结合试图去实现量子霍尔效应,进而获得显示量子自旋霍尔效应的器件。 2. 单分子磁体在量子比特方面的应用 微观粒子表现出量子纠缠,量子叠加和量子隧穿等量子效应,这些特殊的性质可以用来发展量子计算机,这一伟大的构想可能带来信息通信的二次革命,推动人类文明的进一步发展。量子计算机的核心就是类似经典比特的量子比特,不同的是,经典比特是“定态”0 和1,而量子比特是0和1的叠加态,既是0也是1. 目前,科学家为开发了诸如:量子点,光子,离子阱,超导回路,自旋等量子比特。自旋量子比特包含核自旋和电子自旋,通过电场或这是脉冲EPR可以对其操纵从而形成叠加态。单分子磁体主要是研究自旋-晶格的相互作用,而量子比特的性质由两个参数决定,一个是叠加态的寿命(自旋自旋作用),另一个是激发态的自旋回到基态的弛豫时间(自旋-晶格作用)。单分子磁体研究的自旋慢弛豫性质和量子比特里面的弛豫时间由内在的联系,基于此,单分子磁体在量子比特方面的研究具有先天的优势。 3.从具有自旋阻挫的小分子出发研究量子自旋液体: 磁性通常被认为有两种:铁磁性和反铁磁性,但2011年后人们发现了第三种状态,即量子自旋液体,其来自一种从矿物中提出的固态晶体“herbertsmithite”,但磁性却很像液体里的分子,内部每个粒子的磁方向因量子效应都是持续混乱的,这一发现可能会带来数据存储(新型存储器)、计算机通信(远程量子缠绕)的重大突破,造就新型量子计算机,或者实现真正的高温超导体——可在常温而非零下200°C下工作的超导体,所以量子自旋液体的研究是国际材料研究领域一非常热门的课题。因受各种条件的制约,获得量子自旋液体非常困难,但形成量子自旋液体的基础是材料内部的自旋间全部处于自旋阻挫状态,所以本课题组从小分子的自旋阻挫出发,研究自旋间全部反铁磁耦合作用时的制约因素,然后扩大体系的维度,逐渐逼近量子自旋液体。 4.单分子化合物、簇合物和单分子磁体 1)以强磁各向异性离子为自旋载体(Co(II),Fe(II),Dy(III),Er(III)等离子)构筑不同配位构型的化合物得到优良性质的单离子磁体(SIMs) J.
