Enantiosensing in droplets: Encapsulation of enantiomeric biosensors in microfluidic droplets provides a generalizable method for high‐throughput analysis of enantiopurity by flow cytometry. This approach offers throughput that matches the library sizes typically generated in enzyme‐evolution experiments, and thus is expected to facilitate the discovery of new highly stereoselective biocatalysts.
