Vitamin C supplementation has shown limited benefits in patients with solid tumours. Two studies report that vitamin C supplementation can reduce Tet-dependent leukaemia progression in mice, supporting the concept of high-dose vitamin C supplementation in certain patients with haematological malignancies.
