有机光电方向 1) 有机光电功能材料(OPV、OFET、OLED)合成与表征; 2) 有机光电器件制备及器件物理研究; 高分子自组装方向 1) 嵌段共聚物合成及其超分子自组装研究; 2) 基于自组装薄膜的功能器件研究; 3) 光诊疗功能有机π-共轭分子合成及应用(与材料系田雷蕾课题组联合培养)。 博士后应聘条件 化学、材料、电子等相关专业博士毕业生;对前沿有机光电子材料研究工作有强烈的职业兴趣;有良好的有机光电材料合成或者器件制备表征经验、坚实的学术训练基础、良好的文献检索能力、良好的专业英语写作及报告能力。 博士后岗位待遇 1) 年薪33-35万元(含市财政给予的免税生活补助18万元/年),其它待遇参考正式教职工执行;特别优秀者可申请校长卓越博士后; 2) 可作为负责人申请国家、省、市各级课题; 3) 符合市人才条件的可以申请获得相应的住房补贴。 课题组同时招收研究生(推免硕博及考研生),南科大具有完善的研究生培养体系,就读期间学校和课题组将提供丰厚的奖学金(硕士5万+,博士8万+)。课题组内的研究生曾多次荣获国家奖学金,毕业后入职华为、比亚迪等单位,就业前景好。 导师简介 何凤博士现为南方科技大学化学系教授,课题组长,国家杰出青年基金获得者。于2002年和2007年毕业于吉林大学并获学士和博士学位,师从马於光教授;其后先后加入加拿大多伦多大学Mitchell A. Winnik教授、英国布里斯托尔大学Ian Manners教授和美国芝加哥大学Luping Yu教授研究团队从事博士后研究;2012年起,作为高级研究员先后加入美国Nano-C, Inc.公司和美国Polyera Corp.公司进行研发工作。2014年加入南方科技大学开展教学和研究工作,主要围绕有机功能材料分子间非共价相互作用调控开展研究,并在有机光伏材料和聚合物二维三维自组装微纳材料等方向拓展其应用,至今在Joule、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Angew. Chem. Int. Edit.以及CCS Chem.等国际顶尖专业杂志上已发表论文超过160篇,并授权多项美国和中国发明专利。曾入选国家特聘专家(青年)项目,2019年获得中国化学会氯元素代言青年科学家。担任《Journal of Energy Chemistry》、《Next Energy》和《Chinese Chemical Letters》期刊编委及《高等学校化学学报》青年执行编委。 近期部分代表工作 1.
