1. Copper mediated C–H amination with oximes: en route to primary anilines

US and Chinese scientists report a Cu(I)-mediated C-H animation reaction with oximes, for the synthesis of primary anilines. The group proposes a catalytic cycle involving Cu(I) and Cu(II), with the oxime derivatives acting as both amino sources and oxidants. Strongly coordinating heterocycles such a triazole, quinolone and pyrazine were tolerated well, and the application of this method was demonstrated in a late-stage modification of the drug telmisartan.


美国和中国的研究者合作报道了Cu(I)介导肟参与的C-H键胺化反应,用于合成伯苯胺。该研究小组提出了涉及Cu(I)和Cu(II)的催化循环,其中肟的衍生物同时充当氨源和氧化剂。强配位的杂环如三唑、喹诺酮和吡嗪的兼容性良好。该方法还可用于药物替米沙坦的后期修饰。

2. White-light emission from a single organic compound with unique self-folded conformation and multistimuli responsiveness

A team in Shanghai developed new bi-functional organic molecules with a symmetric D-A-D type structure, with the aim of constructing a single-molecule white-light emitting (WLE) system in aqueous solution. They demonstrated the possibility of stacking between the pyridinium-naphthalene core and coumarin groups, which could improve intramolecular charge transfer efficiency. Multicolour photoluminescence could be finely tuned using factors such as excitation wavelength, solvent polarity, temperature, and host-guest interactions.


华东理工大学的研究团队开发了具有对称D-A-D型结构的新型双功能有机分子,旨在于水溶液中构建单分子发白光(WLE)体系。他们证明了在吡啶鎓萘核和香豆素基团之间可能存在堆叠作用,由此提高分子内的电荷转移效率。而且,多色光致发光可以通过改变激发波长、溶剂极性、温度和主-客体相互作用等因素进行精细调节。

1. Selenium dioxide-promoted selective synthesis of mono- and bis-sulfenylindoles

A selective method for the preparation of mono- and bis-sulfenylindoles was developed using an oxidizing agent and the I2/SeO2 system as an efficient catalyst. The selectivity was controlled by varying the amount of SeO2. This represents the first example of the application of SeO2 in this type of selective chemistry.


研究者利用氧化剂和I2/SeO2体系作为高效的催化剂,发展了选择性制备单-和双-烃硫基吲哚的方法,反应通过改变SeO2的量可以控制选择性。该研究是SeO2在此类选择性化学中的首次应用。

2. Selective formation of phthalimides from amines, aldehydes and CO by Pd-catalyzed oxidative C–H aminocarbonylation

The Pd/Cu-catalyzed intramolecular C–H bond aminocarbonylation utilizing imines as the amine source has been developed. This transformation provides an efficient and straightforward protocol for the synthesis of phthalimides which widely exist in natural products, pharmaceutical and functional materials. Various functional groups are tolerated and the yields are up to 99%.


本文发展了一种以亚胺作为胺源的Pd/Cu催化分子内C-H键氨基羰基化反应,这种转化过程为合成广泛存在于天然产物、药物以及功能材料中的邻苯二甲酰亚胺提供了高效且直接的方案。多种官能团可以得到兼容,产率高达99%。
