胡冰，男，博士，副研究员，硕士研究生导师。2004年本科毕业于吉林大学化学系，2010年博士毕业于中国科学院福建物质结构研究所（导师黄小荥研究员）。2011年至2014年在中山大学莱恩功能材料研究所做博士后（合作导师德国科学院院士Dieter Fenske教授）；期间，于2012至2013年在国外进行访问研究。2014年作为福建省引进高层次人才（C类）进入本所工作，任副研究员。2017年入选海西研究院“春苗”青年人才专项；2018年入选海西研究院“海燕”青年人才计划。2019年被评为研究生导师。
主要从事金属氧（卤）簇基材料的研究，特别注重团簇结构新设计合成策略的开发。合成了首例稀土-锑-氧氯化物高核簇结构，为新颖金属氧卤化物簇的设计合成提供了新思路。在包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Appl. Mater. & Interfaces, Chem. Commun.等国际刊物上发表SCI论文30余篇，其中第一作者7篇，（共）通讯作者15篇。（曾）主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、福建省自然科学基金青年、面上项目及中国博士后科学基金特别资助等项目。作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目和科技部“973”计划子课题等项目研究。
